All of the Stags junior teams have  qualified for the London & South East Junior League Play Offs as a result of the final round of matches on the weekend.

Both of the clubs U16's teams - The Blues & the Golds have qualified and play each other in an elimination semi final on Saturday at Pennine Way with the winner scheduled to play Elmbridge Eagles for a place int he Grand Final. The Under 14's will also be in action in an elimination semi final on Saturday when they take on Rutlish - a side they beat 34-6 on Saturday. The Under 13's finished top of the League table - despite drawing 44-44 with Rutlish at Pennine Way - and play off on 13 July at Hemel for a spot in the Grand Final on 20 July.

At senior level, the Stags had little difficuluty in defeating North Herts Crusaders 36-16 after holding a narrow 12-10 lead at half time. Over at St Albans, the 'A' team took on the Centurions in the East Region Cup semi finals and in a fluctuating match the home side snatched victory by 24-18

All the teams showed extreme fortitude in playing in the extremely hot conditions when temperatures in the shade at Pennine Way reached 33 degrees.
