The Stags had a busy weekend with most of the Club's teams in action.

Saturday commmenced with the Minis travelling down to London Skolars for another successful Minis Festival at this level in the morning. While this was happening the Under 14's entertained Bromley Bengals at Pennine Way slumping to a 46-22 defeat. However the Under 16 Blues continued on their winning ways and a likely place in the play offs by defeating Rutlish Raiders 56-12 at Pennine Way. The Under 16 Golds travelled down to competition favourites Invicta Panthers and were well beaten 42-8.

Earlier in the week Pennine Way staged a mid-week double header against local rivals St Albans Centurions. It proved a happy event for the Stags with the Under 14's winning 34-4 and the U16's Blues deservedly taking the points 32-18 in a high quality clash watched by a big crowd.

Saturday's fixtures were completed when the East Premier Open Age team welcomed North Herts Crusaders - who the Stags had previously beaten in the Cup - and the result was a resounding home win by 70 -22 after the Stags held a 34-18 lead at half time. Pick of the Hemel players was Andrew Alexander making his return to the club for the firsttime this season and not far behind was Tom Fawsett whose goal kicking was near faultless.
